The Board is excited to announce a Pickleball trial where members can reserve a portion of our Tennis Courts to play Pickleball during set hours. The trial will begin on December 16th and go through March 31st to allow the board the ability to assess member demand and work towards a more permanent solution.
Pickleball will be available on Courts 4 and 5 only on
Mondays from 11a-1p
Saturdays 5:30-9:30p
Sundays 5:30-9:30p
Courts can be reserved on ReserveMyCourt.com, which is the same platform we use for tennis. You will notice on your reservation that it is for Pickleball and not Tennis during this timeframe.
Instructions for ReserveMyCourt.com:
- Go to reservemycourt.com
- Click “Create Account” to get started
- Once account created, select “Click Here” under “My Club Info”
- Make sure you have added your address to your account
- Go under “My Clubs” and select “Connect to My Club”
- Select “Foxcroft East Racket and Swim – Charlotte”
- You will receive a message that your access to Reserve My Court is pending approval from the club. This is usually done within 24 hours of your request.
- Under “My Reservations” select “Create New Reservation”
- Look for Courts 4A, 4B, 5A, or 5B (two pickleball courts will be allowed on each court at the same time)
Members are able to bring and set up a temporary pickleball net if they choose to.
Also note that no permanent pickleball lines will be permitted on the tennis courts due to USTA regulations.
Please note during this trial period, members will provide their own pickleball gear. If this trial is successful, the board will look into additional opportunities to bring this amenity to our club.
As a reminder, all guests will need to sign a waiver when utilizing our facilities.
